Thank you for choosing Bay Area Medical Center for your Cardiac Computed
Tomography Angiogram (CCTA).

Your doctor has scheduled you for a Cardiac Computed Tomography Angiogram (CCTA) at BAMC.
Please arrive at (Please note that your arrival time may be up toone hour and 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled CT scan to allow for blood tests and/or other preparationsthat will need to be completed before your CT scan.) You can save time by Pre-Registering: Phone 715-735-4208 if you want to do so at your convenience. If you
donʼt call, expect someone from Pre-Registrations to contact you.
Please come to the Main entrance (Revolving door) of the hospital and go to the registration desk to check in.
