How do I access my e-Statements? e-Statements can be accessed through our website atand through our Internet Banking system. You will receive an email notifying you when statements or other notifications are available for viewing. The e-mail will have a link that you can click on to Log In to view these documents or you can view them through Internet Banking.
*End of Month Statements are usually available by the 1st of each month and Visa Statements are available by the 27th of each month. There are 18 months of statements archived and available for viewing. 4. What will I need on my computer to use the e-Statement service?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 or higher is the preferred browser.
Some Mac users who use Firefox or Safari have experienced issues viewing statements and notices. We suggest Google Chrome, Foxit Reader or DigiSigner.
*At this time Web TV service does not enable access to e-Statements. 5. Why do you need my e-mail address? You must have a valid e-mail address to register and use this service. A notification is sent to the e-mail address you have provided us informing you that your
statements or notices are available for viewing.
Your e-mail address is considered privileged information and we do not sell or share our member’s e-mail addresses with anyone.
*You can change your e-mail address at any time by selecting “Change Registration” then choosing “Change your e-mail Address”. 6. How do I register for e-Statements?
You can register for e-Statements by clicking on the “Register for e-Statements Now” banner on this page. You will be directed to our e-Statements Register or Log In page. Click to register and you will need to provide the Primary Account Holder’s social security number, date of birth, account number and a valid e-mail address. Once you’ve completed the registration process you will receive an e-mail confirming your successful registration.
*If you receive registration errors please be sure you are using the Primary Account Holders information and not the Secondary Account Holders. It is extremely important that you follow the format specified for each field. 7. What if I forget my password? You can go to the Log In page for e-Statements and click on the link “Forgot you user name and/or password” Once there, the system will prompt you to provide additional information and will then e-mail the password to your e-mail address you’ve provided.
*You can change your password at any time by selecting “Change Registration”. Once you have logged in then choose “Change your Password”. 8. What do I do if I’m having trouble viewing my statement? Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads,
and/or system enhancements can affect your PC’s ability to connect with secure sites, including our e-Statement site.
1. You may have Pop-up Blocker installed that needs to be disabled in order
to view e-Statements. Click on Tools in the menu bar, then select Pop- up Blocker and then select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. After viewing your statement you can turn the Pop-up Blocker back on if you wish.
2. You may receive an error message. A font contains a bad Cmap/Encoding.
You may have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and will need to
upgrade to version 9 or higher. Adobe recommends you uninstall the old version before you install the updated version.
3. Check to make sure you are current on all Windows Updates. 4. Make sure you are using the most up to date version of your browser.
